Fencing for the Bay Area
Saber Sprouts is located in the Bay Area, and we aim to offer affordable and accessible saber lessons to youth from all over the Bay. We offer both private lessons as well as group lessons. We are unique in the Bay Area as we aim to improve fencing accessibility with extremely low prices and nonprofit nature.
We hope to enable kids to experience the joy of fencing, and if they enjoy it, go on to become competitive fencers.
Support for Fencing across the world
All profits generated are donated to help fencing programs around the world.
Previous donations have been made to the Chennai District Fencing Association to help purchase equipment for the youth there. We believe that Fencing is a sport characterized by its barriers not only in the U.S but globally, and our mission is to help break down those barriers.
Affordable Fencing Equipment
Fencing equipment is expensive and is a barrier that prevents people from getting into fencing. Saber Sprouts offers free equipment to all of its youth in the Bay Area to help remove that barrier. Additionally, Saber Sprouts uses its revenue to help fencing communities in other areas of the world obtain equipment.
In 2023, Saber Sprouts raised funds and donated a world class fencing strip to the Chennai District fencing association in Chennai, India.
